I have had traditional talk therapy and never experienced the type of results that I am experiencing from the somatic approach. Mel is truly talented. The space she holds is safe, kind and nonjudgmental. Her passion for this work is apparent. This has become a vital part of my self care practice and I suggest it for anyone who needs help moving through and fully processing trauma. The best part is that after some time I have been able to move through things on my own. Highly Recommended.
