I felt compelled to leave a review here because Julie just helped me submit my warranty repair request over the phone quickly and helpfully. The fact that the warranty repair service got me thinking to write a positive review tells you something about the caliber of this company. At least for IEMs, go with Westone over Shure. Get an American made product, fast and friendly support, and better quality that the company stands by.
