I've lost body fat while toning at the same time and this is the first time in years I've had this much confidence! Joey's coaching system also keeps us in check - we're able to voice the days we are struggling and he is there to cheer us on. I also love that he is working out "with" us - I cannot recommend this program enough! 🙏
