Nice selection of pets and supplies. Absolutely love how the manager there gave me all the flavors of the reptial jelly pop shots. My beardy LOVED it. Also, friendly atmosphere. Bye bye pet smart, hello friendly and local!

I love my new pet rat from valley pets. They have a great selection of all kinds of rats including rare breeds as well. The rats are very nervous at first but after working with them they become very sweet. I buy pet rats because it has been proven rats have a higher IQ then a dog and they are usually very clean as well as very friendly animals that a lot of people just can’t understand unless they have pet rats themselves.

Awesome staff that have knowledge in animals. My koi fish was floating on his side and dying. Petco and patsmart both had no answers told me he was just dying nothing to do. valley pets gave me amoxicilan and he's fine now.

The fish keepers are knowledgeable if you are into fish keeping. Great selection of tropical freshwater fish.

I am updating this review because this place is getting better. The fish room has grown so much. The fish selection is great for what some would consider a small store. The aquascaping materials have increased as well. So many different kids of rocks and driftwood. I purchased the manzanita wood and dragon stone that I use in my aquariums from here. I purchased the majority of my fish from here as well. I recently bought a nice red male Betta and he is enjoying his new tank. I haven't gotten any aquarium plants here, I'm assuming that I usually visit when stock is low. Not sure if they buy/trade plants from aquarium hobbyist, because i have a small carpet of java moss in a plant overflow tank and my other plants propagate like crazy.
