Very friendly atmosphere. Great yoga classes. Nice exercise equipment. Water aerobic classes. Hot tub. Great location!

It's a low key, friendly place for all ages. The staff is very helpful, polite, and respectful. It isn't large, but it's also not crowded. Very clean!!

Been going for over a year now - Mostly for the hot tub as I have chronic pain and this seems to help almost immediately. It's usually clean and staff is appropriate. Prices increased lately. Yikes! A little steep now....

Great place for an old guy like me to do some exercise. I have several other options in Colorado Springs but the staff and the pools' cleanliness are what keep me here. 5 stars!
