UCHealth Primary Care - Monument

The staff at this facility were kind, respectful, and compassionate. My PCP recently retired so I saw Dr. Nash as a new patient. She was extremely kind and listened carefully to my concerns. Because this was a new patient visit, we did not have time to discuss all of my concerns so instead of seeing me a month later, she told me to scheduler sooner. I was able to get another appointment the following week which was amazing. She has incredible knowledge regarding medications and with her help I am going to be stopping some that I have been taking for years.

Dr. Nash is awesome. I feel she really listens to me. It's incredible to finally have a PCP that I can communicate with. I don't feel like just a number to her. Her MAs are great too! Also love the front desk staff, kind with a great sense of humor.

I had my first visit with Dr. Williams yesterday and it was my best experience with a primary care physician yet. She took the time to listen to me and educate me and I didn't feel rushed at all. The staff was all wonderful, too.

Dr. Hatchell and her staff are absolutely wonderful! The doctor is caring, thorough and diligent in her care. She has been my doctor for years and I will miss her so much when she retires soon.

Perfect appointment. Greeted by friendly staff and seated in the treatment room within minutes. The medical technician was there almost before I sat down and took vitals and discussed my chief complaint. Dr. Nash arrived within minutes and spent quality time with me discussing my medical issues. Great visit!
