They were so sweet in this whole process with my grandparents and just loved my Grandma Joan so much. I am so happy my grandparents were treated so well in the end. Thank you Jackson Creek! And I want to just show my appreciation for Donna and Christie who loved my Grandma Joan so well. You’ve done a wonderful job!

(March 8, 2022, 5:25 pm)My mother moved into the memory care unit in January and the staff has been unbelievably supportive, loving, patient, attentive and encouraging. This season is a very challenging time but JCSL has waked with me EVERY step of the way as my mother adjusted and become the joyful resident she is now. The facility is clean, bright, joyful, and open. The food is varied and tasty. The bill has been EXACTLY what I expected, no surprises or hidden fees. The activities have made a world of difference allowing my mom to connect and build relationships. They have something available every day for my mom to engage with and enjoy. And I am able to have very open communication with those caring for my mom whenever I need. They truly know her and love her. They want the best for her. Together we face challenges as they come. I highly recommend JCSL for you or your loved one.
