CrossFit 7070

I love CrossFit. It’s a great opportunity to workout with a great group of people. Great workout. Lots of fun. Go at your own pace. Builds muscle. For all ages. I started 8 months ago and love the morning workout.

I haven’t been to any gym since 2017, and I thought working at home would be good enough to stay healthy and fit, but I was wrong. I was a bit scared to join CrossFit, because I haven’t done weight lifting in 5 years, BUT joining Crossfit7070 was the BEST DECISION I’ve made in so long. I haven’t felt so motivated to workout like this in a while, everyone is super friendly, you don’t have to do heavy weights if you’re not comfortable with it, I’ve been feeling so energetic every day, and I’m just excited every day to finish work and go workout.
Do yourself a favor and at least try this for a month. You won’t regret it.

I joined Crossfit 7070 three weeks ago and I've been loving it! My exercising background is lifting in the gym and running when I can. This is a great mix of weight lifting and high intensity workouts for the cardio aspect. I joined to help keep me motivated and accountable and get back in shape. The gym is great, has great coach's and people that really help you with form, lifting safely and providing alternatives if you need to work up to things. I've never done crossfit so I've been able to slowly work into the workouts with help from coach's. Everyone at the gym is very welcoming and encouraging and make sure you're getting what you need. After the first week I could already sense the community with this gym. I joined the gym not knowing exactly what it was going to be like, now I'm hooked and don't think I'll every stop!

I've been attending CrossFit 7070 for about 3 weeks now. I have had some ongoing back issues for 2+ years and am trying to get fit again. The coaches at 7070 have done a great job helping me modify my workouts as needed and have been very understanding and helpful. No matter what level you currently find yourself at, you'll feel respected, encouraged, and supported here. I'm feeling better and stronger already than I have in years and look forward to continuing on my journey back to fitness at CrossFit 7070!
