Destiny Carle is THE WAY TO GO! Never, in all my years of dealing with insurance companies and insurance agents, has anyone taken the time to explain certain terms and phrases to my husband and me. Destiny took extra time to tell us what is needed, what is extra, what she thinks is over the top, and what she recommends.

Shelter came in cheaper than the company we had been using for home and autos, but Shelter wasn't the cheapest. Regardless of the cost, because of the customer service Destiny provided and the way she spent extra time speaking with us, explaining things, and then helping us decide what worked best for us, we chose to go with Destiny Carle and Shelter Insurance. Destiny is so nice and goes out of her way to make things work for people. She is someone who will do the right thing and will be available for you if you are looking for a new insurance agent and insurance company.
