Excellent customer service! Had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Great value! I Like that they print out and include photos of suggestions for other services that may be needed, but they aren't pushy at all. We've been using CBA for several years and will continue to do so. Happy they're in Falcon now too!

I set up an appointment and was offered a shuttle to my home while the evaluation was being conducted. I got a prompt written estimate, that was presented with photos and explanations Once we agreed on the steps forward, the work was done on time, and within estimates. This was an extremely professional experience to get my alternator replaced.

All in all a job well done.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and pleasant. Both when I called to schedule and appointment and when I went for the service. Overall the employees seem really nice. The location is convenient for us as well. I liked that they texted me with pictures of the items they were checking on my car, such as a cabin filter. The communication was awesome! Once they inspected my car, they sent a text with a detailed list of suggested services. Nothing crazy, very easy to understand. We will definitely be using them in the future!

I gave them a call today as I was stranded across the street with a flat tire, during our lovely spring blizzard. Even though they don’t provide roadside assistance, the owner got into his car and quickly came over to change my tire. He was super fast and refused any kind of payment. I am super grateful and we will definitely use them in the future for any car repairs.
