Innovative Eyecare is not just eyecare, it is all about comprehensive customer service. I cannot say I have ever had a company jump through such hoops to keep a customer happy. When it comes to quality care, it does not stop after your visit, they continue to think about your next visit. Unfortunately, I am very picky about my eyewear so Christy is always looking for frames that I will like even though they do not keep them in stock. So, when I arrive, she provides frames that she has identified over the course of a year. So instead of choosing a set of frames that will work, she has saved frames that are perfect. Her patience is outstanding.

I went today for an appointment. What an awesome experience. Was in and out very quick. It was my first time meeting them and I felt like I had known them for awhile. I was impressed with both the Dr. And the staff. I will definitely be going back!

I was able to get in very quickly for an appointment to get contacts. They are very knowledgable and friendly. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for the exam, getting the contacts in, and them teaching me how to take them out and put them back in. I would definitely recommend them!
