I had made my first review right after picking up the meat. Well... the meat was cut and processed. No problem but... you need to make sure that your buying quality beef from a reputable rancher. This is the key. The service I received was great just wish the meat was great as well. Very tough!

I picked up a whole pig that I had ordered from Winter's Cattle that was processed here. I experienced great customer service. They listened to my requests on my processing sheet. A kind man helped load everything into my coolers as I had three kids with me. I would definitely use again!

Got quarter cow and half pig for way less than I expected. Great service. Meat quality is great with wonderful marbling on various cuts of beef, burger not too fatty. Bacon and sausage is amazing; far better than store bought! Looking forward to trying more cuts of pork an beef. Will be back for more!

I first met Martin, and his mom and dad seven years ago when I would bring customers’ wild game in to be processed. He always did such a great job with the wild meat processing that I started looking into buying my beef and pork from him. I now buy exclusively from Martin and his family. Quality of meat is fantastic, and price is hard to beat. Best summer sausages I have ever had and ask about the Smoked Turkey during Thanksgiving. Try them—you will be glad you did—it’s a drive well worth it!

A wonderful family run business! Martin is an excellent butcher! The wrapping is even better than before since they now vacuum seal everything. We have never been disappointed in the quality of meat and service we have received. Thank you for providing our family with a freezer full of quality organic meat!
