After over 2 months of waiting for a return call from another company, I called River Valley on Friday at noon. I had a return call at 1 and 2 technicians at my house at 4:30! They had our house warm for this weather in an hour and a half at a more than fair price! Very professional and honest. Thanks Matt and your helper as well as the office lady who took my call! We appreciate you fitting us in and being kind enough to go the extra mile to help during such a busy time.

My mother and step father just got their boiler replaced by river valley after it caught on fire in their basement! Dom came over the night of the fire to shut off the gas and make sure everything was disconnected. After just a few days a crew worked for 10 hours straight to get their boiler replaced right after Christmas Day, and to see the stress leave my mother was so gratifying. I am very thankful for their hard work and great communication throughout the replacement process.

On Dec. 1, 2023 our boiler decided to go out on us. Like one of the coldest days of the season so far! It was getting colder fast...The River Valley office staff said they would try and get someone out but it may be later in the evening as they were getting lots of calls. But they would do their best to get someone out. True to their word...as Cody called and came out later in the day but still during normal duty hours. Cody was just AWESOME and found the problem fast. Honestly, within 30 minutes from his departure it started pouring snow and the house was once again warm and toasty. My wife and I are so very thankful for River Valley Plumbing and Heating, the office staff, and to the technician Cody who is a true professional. and I wish to thank you all for your fast response with such short notice... We appreciate wach one of you.
