The studio is clean and very appealing inside. The teachers are diverse in their class offerings and deliver a wonderful and refreshing experience. (May 21, 2018, 11:20 am)Just finished a starting workshop on the basics of yoga. What a wonderful slow paced workshop to truly learn the poses without the pressures of a class. You can look a pictures and watch an instructor all day long and NEVER really understand the true intricacies of a pose. This workshop showed me the fine adjustments that make up what a pose should be doing as opposed to just going through the motions. The devil IS in the details.
