Sharkk Fitness

I have been doing the online Sharkk fitness class and I can say after 8 weeks I feel stronger and my overall mobility has Increased dramatically since changing over to functional fitness from traditional weightlifting. Mike teaches the movements in a way that a anyone can understand So if you're just starting or you've been working out for years you'll have no problem with this program.

I have worked with Mike and Layli for about 5 years now and when quarantine started, I didn’t know what would happen with my workouts. Thankfully, they started an at home program that has saved my sanity and workout routine. The last 8 weeks in the program have kept me accountable with daily workouts that challenged me to not only maintain but to get stronger. The program they implemented was so easy to access, use and communicate with each other. They kept me accountable by speaking to my competitive side with weekly challenges with the other members in the program. During the 8 weeks I’ve gained so much strength with Mike and Layli pushing and encouraging me to use heavier equipment when I can. I’m so excited I didn’t just maintain but gained muscle and power and built a fun online community within the group.

Thank goodness for Sharkk Fitness!!! Loved them prior to Covid-19 but as soon as everything hit the fan they had a plan and started offering online classes. Classes were super easy to follow and the best part is I haven’t lost any strength or conditioning through this hard time in fact I feel even stronger! Movements that were weird, weak, and awkward are now smooth and I can get even more reps. I highly Recommend Sharkk fitness for everyone!

Mike and Layli are SO knowledgeable about using your body in ways to make it so strong! They have great, fun, hard workouts and always make sure to teach good form. They will answer any questions you have (I ask a lot). They are wonderful trainers, and fabulous people to be around in general. I am starting personal training with Mike for my back soon.
