The staff at Empower PT are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I had been dealing with lower back pain and prolapse issues. Rebecca tailored a program for me to help strengthen my core and pelvic floor. I so appreciate the positive lifestyle changes made possible through her help and support.

My life is like night and day since I started going to Empower PT + Pilates. The pain I was in was so distracting I couldn't even walk, work, or even relax efficiently. My quality of life was almost at rock bottom. I had tried several remedies and physical therapies, mostly all covered by insurance. You might think it better to go with an insurance option, but in my experience insurance ruins everything. I couldn't get the help I truly needed until I came to see the team at Empower PT + Pilates. I’ve been getting one-on-one Pilates lessons after having received 3 months of PT for my back. Maria is awesome! Her Pilates sessions are built around helping my back continue to get stronger, as well as increasing core strength and flexibility. She is 100% focused on me and my progress at every session. She makes very subtle corrections that usually make a big difference! I look forward to working with Maria every week. Would certainly trust her with any issues.

I worked with Rebecca before and after my pregnancy. I contribute my quick recovery and healing to the pelvic floor therapy before and after birth. Today was my last day of PT and I was truly sad.
