Dr. Sears was personable and understanding of my shoulder situation. Provided great insight, I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment, and very happy & satisfied with the level care I received! I'm currently into my 2nd week of physical therapy and feeling confident about my return to normal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sears and his team at Western Orthopedics!

I’m 31 and broke my elbow and had to have my first surgery EVER and was literally terrified!!! Dr. Sears made me feel super comfortable and made sure all my questions were answered beforehand so I didn’t go into surgery with any doubt
All of his staff (secretary, nurses, surgery prep, etc etc) were all so nice and honest about everything. I couldn’t have had a better experience. He is definitely on top of his game and made sure I always had enough medication and everything. I never had any issues (not even with insurance) they made sure and took care of it all for me! I can’t remember the name of the anesthesiologist (so sorrry!! 🤦‍♀️) but he was incredible and took the time to talk with me for a while before I went back and that’s something a lot of places don’t do! I knew the whole team and that made me very confident in my choice!
It was just an all over positive, laid back, easy process and went very very well. I would definitely give his office a call again or recommend them to anyone!

There is always free parking at any of his offices as well so that’s a plus! 🙃

Dr. Sears is awesome. He was able to fix my extremely messed up shoulder due to my connective tissue disorder and years of many dislocations. He has great bedside manner and always makes sure to properly explain what is going on to make it less intimidating.

Great Surgeon. He truly listened to my concerns regarding surgery and also post-operatively. He has a great bedside manner which puts people at ease. Additionally his office staff is kind, helpful and attentive. If I need orthopedic care in the future I would go to his practice. Great team!

Dr. Sears is extremely personable and extremely professional but he listens very carefully to what you say and how you feel. He examines thoroughly but very thoughtfully and analyzes with detail. He is a rare breed among top orthopedic Dr's and I think he is clearly one the absolute best!
