I had an awesome expierence. They are very friendly and very through when talking to you. They are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I look forward to having them work on my back and neck.

I started going to Dr Julie with a frozen shoulder and back/hip pain. After only a few visits, I was absolutely thrilled with the pain relief I was already experiencing. With her gentle approach and education, I feel amazing, sleep better, and have more energy. Hands down, Dr Julie and her team are the best practice I’ve been a part of in Colorado. My daughter gets her preventative adjustments as well (as do her stuffies when she brings them into the office 😁) and we both look forward to our visits every week. Thank you New Dawn for giving us our lives back and for allowing us to be a part of your family!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always feel at home when I'm in for an appointment. They have great communication skills and genuine care about you and your health. Also, they are more than accommodating when a scheduling issue comes up on my side and I need to adjust my appointment time. My overall energy level has gone up since starting treatment, and I've been feeling much better both mentally and physically. Would highly recommend New Dawn to anyone!!!

When I came to Dr. Julie, I could barely move. As a fitness instructor, movement is a critical part of my livelihood. I knew I had back problems, in fact in a prior CT a deformity at my L4 came up. I asked 2 doctors about this, the ER Doctor referred me to my general practitioner and my general practitioner let me know that if it didn’t hurt, it wasn’t an issue. For a year and a half my back slowly began to degrade until I ended up hurting myself. I was so mad because I knew what it was, my L4! Having seen others with chronic pain and injuries, I DID NOT want shots in my back – I wanted to try fixing my back before using something to mask the pain. I told myself, if that didn’t work then I would resort to shots. Within 2 weeks I had more range of motion and reduced pain. I was so grateful that I could move and work.
I’ve held off writing this review because I wanted to make sure that my treatment plan with Dr. Julie actually worked and it has. Today, for the first time my neck was where it was supposed to be (vs in front like most of us are because of technology and improper posture). I feel so grateful for her. It’s so weird because you expect to go into a Chiropractor and get your back cracked up and down (which was my only experience many many years ago), but Dr. Julie has a very gentle technique – which you may think won’t work… but it so totally works. Additionally, she invests ample time in educating her patients on stretches and care outside of her office to make sure that your spine is in optimal health. I cannot recommend her enough. And I cannot stress this enough, just because you don’t feel pain does not mean that your back is healthy. I had no shoulder and neck pain and my x-ray at her office showed scoliosis in my neck. So there you have it. Do it for your health :)
