Yesterday was my first visit. Tom is more than a chiropractor! I found him at the perfect time in my life. He’s incredibly intuitive, empathic, and tuned in. I highly recommend him as a chiropractor and a healer! I am very happy our paths have crossed. I welcome more adjustments in my body, mind & soul and am excited to learn all I can from you!

I was in a serious car accident that resulted in a lower spine injury, herniated discs, pinched nerve, etc... I went to several chiropractic specialists and back injury specialists, but became frustrated when all I could get was short term relief for my pain. It felt as if they were just pushing me in and out in 10-15 minutes, without really listening to what I was telling them, and directing me to the next treatment, spinal decompression table, etc... Just going through the motions.

Then I found Dr. Caley and Be Well Spine and Soul. If you are looking someone who knows the body AND the mind and how important the connection between the 2 is, then Dr. Caley is your guy. He is such an incredibly knowledgeable and empathetic person who will actually sit with you and help you dig deeper to find the root causes to your physical and emotional pain. He is like an incredible chiropractor, therapist, life coach and friend all rolled into one, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough.

If you struggle with depression, anxiety, emotional stress and believe any of these things can be contributing to your physical pain (and if even if you don't believe that, they likely are), then Dr. Caley is your guy. I cannot express my gratitude to the universe enough for bringing him into my life at a time when I was at rock bottom. Don't think about it, just book the appointment - he's incredible!

Dr. Caley is a true healer. I have gone to several chiropractors in my life and he is by far the very best one I have ever experienced! It goes beyond just chiropractic adjustments, there is work on the muscles, soft tissue and emotional health as well - it's all connected and is all needed for true wholeness. He also has given me exercises and techniques to do at home to help with the issues I have in my shoulders and back. His genuine desire for true health for his clients rather than just making money is apparent, and his demeanor is caring and understanding. Highly, highly recommend!!

Dr. Caley is a highly skilled practitioner who has employed multiple modalities to create healing in my body. This has gone far beyond realigning me from head to foot.
