This CrossFit isn't just a gym, it's a community of individuals from all walks of life who share a common interest to get in shape together. Trish, Emily, and Mike are all incredible coaches and make it feel as if you have your own personal trainer even in group classes. They teach you the right form from the very beginning and help you build up to where you want to be. Kyle is not a coach there anymore (for now) but he'll be missed!
This place is worth checking out. Forget all the stigmas you hear about CrossFit, get off your butt, and come check out Prospect CrossFit. -

(October 31, 2018, 12:49 pm)When I decided to get back in the gym I was planning to check out all of the different gyms in the area. First I tried Orange Theory, while the workouts were good, it left me wanting more coaching and bigger fitness goals. My next stop was Prospect Crossfit, and I was hooked immediately. I was getting better at everything from running to gymnastics and lifting. The coaching is top notch, the classes are always capped so you get enough attention from the coach. I've been a member for 1.5 years now and can't imagine training anywhere else.

(August 7, 2015, 12:20 pm)It is a high quality, friendly gym. Small class sizes, really great atmosphere. Strikes a good balance between great workout and not too intense. Wide variety of ages, fitness and skill levels present.
