  V3 is the next level in gyms. This place offers a one stop shop for all fitness and wellness levels. I came to V3 looking for a gym to grow with, and at an entry level. The trainers and staff are welcoming, knowledgeable, humble, willing to help, and can guide you in a direction best suited for your goals at the moment. Go to V3 and experience how you can grow step by step without being pressured into anything. Unless I move, or die, there is no way that I will be switching back to the big gym environment.

  Dedicated staff that is focused on your success amd goals! Open, warm and friendly... all staff are experts in exercise, nutrition and all related health fields.

  The staff and members at this gym are amazing. No attitudes whatsoever. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.

  Non-intimidating gym with a real focus on results. Knowledgeable friendly staff. User friendly quality equipment. A must see!
