We’ve been here just over 2 years. This is a great safe and secure storage facility. The lot is gravel so no rodents and very good drainage. I’ve never seen a weed here. The fresh water on your way out and the dump on the way in are lifesavers! Its secure and the location is 3 mims from I76 and 10 mins from I70. Owners are great people. Very happy here!

Great place to store your RV - place is clean and secure with solid rates. Dump station and water hookups were always clean and available. 24/7 access was crucial for me. I had to go on the wait list to get in, but it's worth it!

I've been storing my 30-foot Class A motor home at this location for almost a year, and the experience has been fantastic. The whole site is always spotless, with no trash or weeds anywhere. They've put down gravel so nothing is ever muddy, and the sites are marked well so you know your boundaries. The aisles are very wide, and the spaces are, too.

There is a security gate at the front, and you have a code to get in and out. There is no way anyone could force their way through the gate. There is tall fencing all the way around the storage area, too.

There is a clean and modern dump station on the way in, and it can get busy during the summer on Sundays. Most of the time it's free and empty. There is fresh water available at the dump station and at another pump that is easy to use on the way out.

I've been really impressed with the owners and their customer service. They're always available, and always ready with a solution if you have a problem. I don't think I'll ever store my RV anywhere else.

We just moved our camper here today and the place is really nice. It’s really convenient to I-70 and has clean water and a dumping station which is a huge plus. The yard itself seems very secure which is good. The spaces are all angled making it easy to back in. They are a little narrower than our old storage facility but the spaces being angled offsets this in my mind. I had no problem backing into the space on my own. I spoke to both the owner and his daughter who showed me to my space. They’re both very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this facility.

This is a top-notch RV storage facility. The owners are friendly and everything is well-kept and organized. The yard is designed for easy access to all of the parking locations. Secure and well-lit. There is now a dump station and water available so we can fill up and empty without hunting for facilities!
