  Have been working with Joey on multiple projects over the past month - roofing, siding, concrete, and some minor little things around the house. Has been very responsive and diligent with everything so far. Certainly has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Still have some things to complete but I have full faith that I’ll continue to be impressed with his work - would highly recommend.

  I was recommended native roofing by someone who had used them recently and I’m very glad I went with the recommendation. Donovan responded to my inquiries immediately and he was friendly and gave me tons of information. They met the insurance estimator at our home and from then on they coordinated everything, answered any questions we had and really made it easy for us to have the roof and gutters replaced. Once the install started everything was done in about a day, they cleaned up any mess there was, I don’t believe we found even a single nail, and they made it very clear that if there was anything left or anything that we needed they were available even after the job was done. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for anything we needed and to recommend them.

  Donovan understands good customer service! He did a fantastic job of explaining what would be done, when, and at what cost. Unlike most contractors who just don’t show up, whenever there was a weather delay Donovan contacted me to let me know. He and his crew were always on time for daily work and to meet with my insurance adjustor. They did a great job of cleaning up after the job. My final invoice was as quoted with no surprises. I highly recommend this company.

  Last October I had my roof, gutters, and downspouts replaced by Native Roofing and Construction. Simply put the entire experience from start to finish was great! When I initially called in late September about hail damage from a storm in August, I received a very prompt return phone call by Donovan to clearly explain the process and next steps. After my Allstate insurance adjuster had performed a full inspection Donovan and his team also did a thorough inspection to ensure nothing was missed. Next Donovan and Joey met with me to review the work to be performed and my preferences with regards to the color and materials. There was never any pressure! Even though it was a very busy time for them they were able to complete the work by the end of October. It took less than two days and the crew did a quality job and cleaned up very good. Note- Donovan and his team were available before, during, and after the project to provide updates and answer any questions or concerns. Also, they provide a 5-year labor warranty and will come back after 1 year to do a free inspection. Highly recommend- A+!!!

  Quick, Clean, and Professional. Post hail storm and leaks in the upstairs bathroom, Donovan placed a tarp, walked through the estimate and explained the process completly. His team was on the house later that week. We had three layers of old shingles to remove and the dry in but were done in a day, they kept things clean throughout the activity. Shingles were done the next day and gutters the following to complete the job. I have to say they were very professional, did outstanding work quickly and we no longer have to worry about leaks or this coming winter. They did the neighbors house in a single day. I have recommended them already and will continue to do so, Awesome Donovan!
