Wayne at PC Center went above and beyond and went deep to track down a tricky 2 fold issue; corrupt windows and a bad PCe pin connection on the motherboard to which my SSD was connected. They reinstalled windows for me and set me up with a new SSD w SATA connection and it literally runs better than it ever has. Thanks PC Center!

Andrew expedited my repair job and got it done in just about three days, which included ordering parts. Best Buy geek squad told me they would have had to send it to a different city in a different state and it would take 6 to 8 weeks.

I had a laptop fan that had shattered, and several parts had to be removed in order to access the fan and all the fragments. He did a great job and gave me good advice on how to prolong the life of my PC and fan in the future. Highly highly recommended!
