Great gym to drop into! Friendly coaches and members!

Just started at this gym and I am loving it. The staff and members are friendly. The gym is really clean. The workouts are fun and challenging.

Very clean organized gym. Trainers know what their doing and attentive to everyone's performance. Everyone is nice and welcoming.

Today was the third day of my free week trial and I am IN LOVE with this gym, the coaches and the people who attend. Did CrossFit at a couple of gyms nearby and always ended up overly sore and injured and everyone seemed so serious, competitive and at times stuck up.

I am blown away by how fun and supportive the classes are here and have felt totally comfortable going at my own pace and listening to my body so as to not push too hard. At the same time everyone is so kind and encouraging to help you push yourself as hard as you can.

So far I have worked out with Greg the owner who is super nice and helpful with technique, Trysta who I worked out with previously and is a fabulous coach and human!! and Dean who seemed very knowledgeable and helpful with proper technique instead trying to go too heavy.

I recommend this gym for anyone at any level. If you’re CrossFit curious but have always been afraid to try it go here. Can’t imagine a more supportive atmosphere to dip your toes in. I’m hooked!

Great gym - great trainers - great workout partners! Aaron is awesome! The trainers can work around any special needs and make modifications while still pushing you to excel. A different kind of workout that keeps you interested and engaged.
