This is a local bike shop owned by a local guy. Rich is not only the owner, he is an avid cyclist, the chief mechanic, and a very good one. His suggestions for fixing versus upgrading are always fair. He has even recommended against over upgrading. I couldn't recommend his establishment highly enough.

Go to this shop!!! Rich and Wyatt are absolutely awesome! They helped me work through an arduous warranty issue with one of their manufacturers. They communicated well, we’re super helpful throughout the whole process, really fair with their prices and ultimately I got a new frame. By the time they built it up, even with some 2-3 year old components, the bike rides like new! Thanks guys!

I asked a bike store in Evergreen to spec a custom build for my first new bike in 25 years. Then I asked Rich to spec it too. Rich’s creation was so superior, and his excitement so palpable, I jumped at the chance to work with him. I’m sooo happy I did. He has an amazing command of bike tech and is a superb communicator.
