They are some of the most down to earth people as well. Super fast and friendly customer service. Their pomades are amazing and create the perfect about of volume and hold while also having multiple options of shine and such. Their beard oil products have a variety of scents from super manly lumberjack to fruity apple orchards. I used their product on every single one of my clients and the absolutely love it! JAKE IS AMAZING!!! I cannot and will not buy anything else but this product for myself! ITS SO GREAT AND LOCAL!! Everything is made here! You barely have to put on any soap to create a great lather and it smells great as well. The oils and all the other ingredients are all natural which I am a SOLE supporter in you can spend hundreds of dollars at places like ULTRA even for men and its all artificial garbage. Dont buy anywhere else.

True Grit is an amazing brand that cares about their customers. I recently bought quite a few products to try out & give for Christmas presents- and I have been thrilled with all of them! Every one of the products smell amazing & there's a scent for each of the important guys in my life. (And my brother said the Original Pomade is his favorite pomade he's used so far!)
