I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the automatic side; I just prefer to do the work myself. Look out for double wash/wax days, which I think are on Fridays and Saturdays. Minus one star for the less than ideal vacuum; it does a decent job getting up the larger debris but a smaller attachment and more power would be ideal.
