  Fantastic service, communication, and overall experience with 5280 mobile service. Adam helped us out with our Sprinter very last minute to resolve an error code due to a hose connection the factory & dealer had missed. Highly recommend

  These are, without question, the guys to take your sprinter to. Service is expensive, but they are way less expensive than the dealership, where these two gentlemen used to work. They are highly knowledgeable, honest, reliable, thoughtful and thorough. They gave me an excellent pre-purchase inspection and did a thorough job on some routine service items after I purchased my van. It’s great knowing I have some mechanics in my corner should anything ever go wrong with our sprinter.

  We brought our Sprinter van to Tourig for some minor repairs and Adam accepted us for our first service A on the spot! Fair prices and professional team! You get to support a young company and as a bonus you don’t need to deal with Mercedes!

  I will go back to 5280 Mobile Auto for my MB Sprinter services every time. I have complete trust in their work and integrity. They focus on what is needed and not trying to up sell or overcharge for their time actually spent in the shop. For me it's all about the relationship. The owners are actually doing the work, they are so invested in doing it right, teaching me about my vehicle, and keeping it affordable. They keep great records of previous work, make recommendations based on manufacture and industry guidelines. I had an issue that is under warranty and where other mechanics may have recommended they do the work, these guys are trying to look out for me by telling me to go to the dealer for the work because it is covered. Looking out for me, not just their bottom line. I will go to Adam and Brian first, every time.

  After being totally disgusted with service at a local Mercedes dealer, I came across 5280 and had them diagnose a problem I was having. The owners dealt directly and professionally with me. This led to me having them do some routine maintenance. They gave me an estimate for the work, got me in quickly, and took care of the maintenance, while working with me to be helpful in the drop off and pick up times. True professionals!! Finally a place where I feel like I’m actually valued as a customer. I highly recommend them for MB Sprinter service.
