This is a really long review but I felt the need to write it. I think its important to highlight great businesses and honest/trustworthy people. We hear to much about the bad people. So here is a review about some good people. I sold my sisters house to Shaun for cash. I found Shaun to be honest because he told me what he could pay and that is what he paid. When I first spoke to his team I found them to be sympathetic to my needs. I trusted what they were telling me because they could show me real life examples of other people that they had worked with in the past. It was really great to develop a relationship with nice people that I could trust. When they bought the house from us the didn't ask us to do any repairs. They bought it 100% as is which was really neat because it meant I didn't have to spend any money. When i did the math I actually got a really fair price compared to what houses were selling for with a realtor. The team at Watson Buys explained to me what my house was worth if it was renovated. Then we worked out the renovation costs together. I even checked them with a 3rd party. So after i took out the fees and commissions and the renovation costs that it would have cost me to get the house ready to sell it really was a great price. Plus we closed in a matter of days. The only hold up was dealing with the lawyers and banks but the team at Watson Buys took care of all that for me too! If you have a house in Denver that you need to sell, if you want to sell it with out doing repairs but understand that if you don't do repairs you have to discount it the cost of doing repairs then Watson Buys is an amazing local Denver we buy houses company that you should check out.
