As a first time CPAP user I had several follow-on questions and had noticed a small hole in one of the tubes. I called and they immediately scheduled an appointment to take a look at the equipment and address my questions. Chris (the gentleman who met with me) addressed every question I had patiently and professionally. In addition he resolved the issue with the tubing. He was awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone with CPAP follow through issues/questions.
I've only had to use this company onetime, but this review is directed to the individual who delivered the O2. He was awesome, very pleasant and knowledgeable! I can't speak to the rest of the company, as I hope to only utilize them this one time. But it was easy for us to place order, and was delivered the same day.
Miranda did a great job! She was super polite and professional.. The driver called and then showed up with mu replacement machine when he said he would. Also very polite and professional.. I'm very satisfied! Thank you
