Acupuncture and Eastern Healing

I went to Bre after being referred to her by multiple friends for my chronic neck, shoulder and upper back pain. Having had a poor experience in the past with acupuncture, Bre listened and validated my concerns. She recommended we start with cupping to help loosen up my muscles and that once she gained my trust, she would suggest trying acupuncture again. Having never tried cupping before, I was nervous, but excited to see if this would be a treatment to help me relieve constant tension and pain, causing regular tension headaches. Bre was professional and insightful, telling me what and why she was doing what she was doing. I was a bit tender in the neck area specifically after my treatment, but woke up the next morning without a headache for the first time in a 4-day streak! And it just got better from there. Typical massage is a nice release for a 24-hour period, but the pain always seems to resurface after that. Cupping on the other hand has really help me stay loose. I can't wait to go back and continue this treatment, and if all goes well, I can see myself trying acupuncture again, but only with Bre!

Bre is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for over 6 months, originally for sacrum & sciatic nerve issues which she remedied, then for maintenance by my own choice every couple of weeks given impact on my body from workouts & work. Most recently my neck locked up & I was in sever pain, she got me in right away in a pinch & treated me. She is a master at her craft, patient, knowledgeable, kind and everything she does works! Me and my significant other see her regularly for acupuncture and body work. Highly recommend adding her services to your self care routine, treatment for injuries and treatment for any pain!

Bre is hands down the best out there! I have had many treatments from other acupuncturist on my left foot I hurt in a snowboarding accident Last winter. I saw Bre once for it and it’s 90% better. I can’t wait for my next treatment and feel like my foot/ankle will be completely better after one more session. Bre does amazing body work and is very intuitive on what your body needs. Whether it’s dry needling, cupping Or just hands on I always feel great after getting up. I also love and appreciate how knowledgeable
She is on what my body might be feeling from certain emotions to what herbs I should be taking. Acupuncture and Eastern Healing will forever be my first acupuncture home.
