This office always seems to work my husband in when he needs to be seen. This office is always so friendly. Thank you all.

This visit was my first visit to Flippin Foot and Ankle. I saw Dr. Michael Flippin. He diagnosed my problem and treated it. He explained everything to me so I could understand what the problem is and also fully explained the treatment and what I could expect. He also recommended a specific shoe insert to help treat my issue and even took the time to print out exactly what I needed so I could order it myself. He was also very respectful, listened to me and did not rush me. I feel very confident that I have found the right person to treat my feet.

They were fast to schedule appt's and x-ray's were taken there with results with in minutes. Nice friendly service.

You can tell Dr. Flippin cares about his patients and wants to provide the best care he can give. His knowledge is exceptional and he stops to listen.

What a fantastic practice. Dr. Flippin was kind, accommodating and caring. I had to have two procedures done at the same time and she was so thoughtful during the whole experience. The office staff is beyond friendly and helpful. They’re on top of everything and take care of you like you might be family, the only patient in the office, or like you actually matter. It’s more than amazing, I’m having a hard time finding the right thing to say. It’s a refreshing experience to find people who appreciate their patients, clients whatever you want to say. I’m going to record this office to anyone who listens.
