SERVICE:
Receptionist/Check in was positive. The staff working the reception desk was courteous and helpful l.

ACCOMMODATION:
The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also clean.

There is a bar and restaurant on site. Breakfast was good, there is continental and also made to order eggs. You have to pay for breakfast or get a voucher based on the room selection and purchase.

PARKING:
There is on-site parking at $15 per night as of the time of my stay.

OTHER AMENITIES:
The hotel is close to restaurants.

CONCLUSION:
I would stay here again.

Hotel overall was nice. It seemed well-maintained which was a good first sign when checking. My room was clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked great. Pool was not too crowded and the hot tub was great. Parking is $15 to be in the garage or you can park on the surface lot for free. It's a good central location to the freeway and grocery stores and coffee shops you may want to use when traveling. I did not use room service or make any room requests, so I can't rate those experiences. Would stay here again if I'm ever in Poway.

The staff is nice, but breakfast costs $16?? It's a buffet, but other hotels offer buffets for free, so... The staff is very nice, however, and my room was nice. Not very much around to do if you don't drive, though, so location's not the best.
