  Aptive does a great job. We had ants and even at the sight of one they told me to call them and they showed up until they were gone. Will def keep using them. Quarterly payments and service is a nice plus to upkeep.

  This is for the owners of aptive environmental you have a technician whose knowledge it's so vast he is trustworthy and he has integrity of 10 men he's an asset that you couldn't put a dollar amount on as an employer myself Ryan's the type of employee who should be groomed and promoted from within to the tops of the company because its employees like him that make customers come back that make customers feel comfortable he takes ownership of his job to a point that rarely ever seen the customer relationship that Ryan has built between him and I I don't even have to be home when he comes and performs environmental services that I need I open my garage from wherever I'm at I can be out of state and I know Ryan is going to go in greet my dogs do the services and I'm taking care of and I don't worry about anything he's that genuine of a person he should be promoted to the tops of the ranks Ryan thank you for everything you do for my family and i

  So far great service after 3 visits/7 months. Superb communication. Always ask about "any areas of concern" before and during visit. Never hesitate to treat specific areas when asked. Very tech savvy (text, email, billing) and most polite service/utility company we use (cleaning, cable, internet, lawn service, etc). Few weeks after first visit we found massive wolf spider at back door, called them per their instruction IF we saw any type of Invaders. They sent technician next day. He looked for any signs of entry points, resprayed and explained there is a inception time for the chemicals to set in and eradicate pests. Since that incident over 6 months ago not a single pest/web/nest. I don't typically post reviews, but these folks are going above and beyond. Therefore felt obligated to break my normal pace by posting this. 'Get what you pay for' so true, don't balk at pricing, give them a chance.

  The two man team showed up in the morning on the day scheduled. They were very thorough treating the outside perimeter of the house as well as the garage interior walls. When the treatment was completed they asked if there was anything else I could think of that needed treating. I appreciate their attention to detail and was quite satisfied with their service.
