I ordered 10 bottles of Unique PH solution on Dec 30 for my son to bring to college, not sure if they would arrive before he left on Jan 6. I called the company on Jan 2nd to inquire about the possibility of receiving my order before Jan 6, the lady (I forgot her name) was super nice, & told me that she was working on my order. She also said that they would ship my order soon & I should receive it on Jan 5. Sure enough I received my order at the end of the day on Jan 5. Both My son & I were very happy. Great customer service! I would recommend this company for all your eye products.
