  The front desk was so helpful. I needed a piece of equipment, minor, for my cpap that I left at home. The front desk was extremely helpful even called a retail provider to check if they had what I needed. Their efforts allowed me to have a perfect night sleep. My wife and I thank you.

  The local staff is very nice, even though they're usually having to calm patients upset at the (usually not local) customer service agent who gave them incorrect info or had them on hold for an hour and change.
  If there are questions that need answered, it's best to go to the branch and get a comprehensive answer face-to-face rather than call the main number and get a rep who doesn't even live in the state.
  A lot of negative reviews are stemming from a lack of communication within, which does have weight to its allegation, but if it's not too inconvenient to go to the branch that is the best and fastest way to get what is needed taken care of all at one time with friendly representatives who are happy to help.
