Not only did I receive a much more reasonable rate for both my car and home insurance, but Megan Heywood has been excellent to work with! She has made the transition completely seamless and has been extremely attentive!
This far, I can say that I am certainly happy to be working with Megan and this team. -

I've had 6 vehicles insured with them, I've had to change my coverages and policies, drop cars and add cars multiple times, they are always quick to respond, customer service and responsiveness are excellent. Megan is always helpful in working through any problems or concerns that may occur.
Highly recommend working with the Matt Lolley office if you're in need of insurance. -

Sure enough, he has always listened to my needs as a driver and a renter, making the time to educate me on my chosen policies.
I just wanted to take a moment to publicly thank the team at Matt Lolley - State Farm Agent for making my first stressful car-related adult situation an absolute breeze.
Long story short, I hit a rather nasty pot hole on my way to work one night, and by the time I made it to the employee parking garage, my tire was completely flat. I quickly discovered that my spare tire was also flat. I was able to submit a request for roadside assistance via the State Farm app while I was at work, and met the mechanic shortly after clocking out. Everyone on the State Farm team and their associates were professional, kind, and helpful.
More so, I received a text from Matt first thing on Monday morning, checking in with me to make sure that I was okay. To know that my insurance agent was concerned about my well-being speaks volumes about this office and team. (August 2, 2018, 1:23 pm)I was calling for a quote on my home and auto because my rates increased with USAA. Matt was completely thorough when going over all the coverage’s. The time taken with me was extremely impressive since I wasn’t a customer yet. He also asked me where I have my life insurance. I have some, but not enough, so we went over some options for myself and my children. I didn’t even know State Farm had life insurance. Overall, I am very happy with my phone conversation, and I am going to the office next week to finalize my decisions.
