Public Storage

I've used public storage several times and never had a problem. But the one I rented the other day had Cody as the manager. He is the best manager I have come across. He is professional and knows his stuff. He is the best and I would recommend him and his location to anyone. He went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Best public storage manager in North America!

Sean was amazing, walked me through all the paperwork to make sure I didn’t have any questions. He even took me to the unit I will be renting. I really appreciate him and his knowledge. It is hard these days to find someone who would take the time! Much appreciated, loyal customer to Public Storage on Kipling, Littleton.

First time using a storage facility so I had many questions and Cody was very helpful in answering them.
As for the storage area itself it was as many would imagine a place of a indoor storage, dry, cool, mostly clean, and easy to get in and out.

The only thing I would say negative is in order to rent you HAVE to get storage insurance.
(Provided on site or website and first month is free but next month you have to pay insurance or find a another provider)

I had a very pleasant experience with this location. Dawn Marie was extremely helpful, and showed me a couple units in person. She helped guide me to the correct size for my needs. Very clean location as well.

I am so happy with the experience I had at Public Storage today. The property manager, Cody helped me get a storage unit and took time to explain everything in detail so that I had a clear understanding of the agreement. He helped me set up automatic payments and download the PS app on my phone so I can enter the facility easily. Cody provided 12/10 customer service-- I could not be happier with this experience.
