(October 25, 2018, 11:35 am)I can’t say enough great things about CFE! The coaches and members are super friendly, the WODs are always changing and challenging and can be modified to fit any skill level. The class times are convenient and I always leave knowing I got an awesome workout in. I love the extras too – Eating Primal, the in-house competitions, Saturday’s at Red Rocks (in the summer) and the Kid Zone!
