Discount Tire

I had a flat tire and pulled into the Discount tire on Wadsworth and Coal mine to see if I could get it repaired. Unfortunately the tire was not repairable the Staff went above and beyond to take care of the situation. They didn't have a replacement tire available so one of the employees drove to another store and picked up a replacement tire while two other tires were repaired on my vehicle. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this level of customer service. Thank You to the team at Discount tire keep up the excellent work and values.

Great service every time I’m in this location. Staff ensures I’m getting all possible rebates and discounts available, each time I’m there. Quick service too, was driving away with a new set of Goodyear’s in about 45 minutes.

This was the second set of tires I’ve bought from this location, fifth set from the Discount Tire chain. I can say I prefer this crew above the rest.

In addition, I had a flat a few months ago. Using the hazard protection they offered when I purchased the tires, I was able to get it replaced at no cost.

I was greatly impressed with Jordan’s customer service. He cheerfully greeted me. When I told him that I needed a new wheel lock key, he quickly measured the locks on my hubcap, and got the right sized wheel lock key for me. When I asked him the cost, he stated that there was none.

I was very happy with the service, the short amount of time it took for him to help me and for the gift of a wheel lock key! Thank you.

Also, the place was very clean and nicely organized.

This place is amazing! Always helpful, and ready to make your day better. $ sets of tires on 3 different vehicles, and I will always come back here.

Dylan was super patient when my Synchrony card didn't go though, and he waited without any issue as I called to take the hold off. I would recommend this Discount Tire to anyone!
