We worked with Ron Taylor in 1998 after we built our new ranch style home. He helped us pick, and then installed the window coverings for the main level. Two years later, after we finished the walk out basement, we called him back for coverings in the lower level. All together, Ron installed 35 Hunter Douglas shades and we have been extremely happy with his expertise, knowledge and professionalism. Recently, Ron assisted us with new design shades to replace those in our master bath. When he came to show us these new products, he pointed out that we had a separation of the cell fabric in one of our kitchen shades that we had not noticed and reminded us that those products carried a lifetime warranty. Subsequently, we noticed a similar separation in two other shades in the bedroom. Thanks entirely to Ron's keen eye and his efforts to work the warranty claims, Hunter Douglas has agreed to replace all three. I cannot say enough about his integrity and helpfulness. I HIGHLY recommend him.
