  I had an absolutely great experience in my visit to Native Fly Shop! I went to the shop, primarily for some gear and to ask a few questions, as I’m a beginner to euro nymphing.
  
  Luke, the Owner, spent a considerable amount of his time to answer any and all questions I had, offer up techniques and pointers, and even went so far as to build me a euro nymphing style leader that he uses and recommends.
  
  It’s obvious the passion and love Luke has for fly fishing, and helping others, and on top of all that, he’s just a really cool, personable guy!
  
  As a local, I’m thrilled to have such a high quality fly shop just a few miles from where I live, and to have a great Owner like Luke just makes it even better.

  Pulled some nice browns out of S. Platte river on elk hairs from Native. Excellent shop, good selection and friendly staff!

  Great customer service!! This is my first time winter fishing in CO and needed guidance on rigging + what flies to use. Austin took me under his wing and gave me great advice! Clean and organized shop too.

  Annette and Luke are both extremely fun, respectful, patient individuals and want nothing more than to teach the sport of fly fishing.
  
  Luke is an awesome, fish finding, fish catching, fly fish teaching genius, who is extremely patient and wants nothing more than you to catch fish. This guy gets more excited than you do when you have a fish on the hook and makes the experience all that better. Great guy, will chat and laugh with you all day, as well as focus on you and getting your fish landed in that net.
  
  Highly recommend supporting these people and their small business, will be booking a trip again through these guys. Awesome experience. Thanks guys!!

  I first met Luke Martin at Native Fly Shop not long after he opened up. He immediately impressed me with his local knowledge and willingness to share and offer advice. As he’s continued to build his business he has not wavered from the customer focused approach I first witnessed. Whether an experienced fly fisher or someone looking to explore the sport I can’t say enough about Luke’s approach and knowledge. Do yourself a favor and stop by. His shop is well stocked. You’ll be glad you did.
