Synapse Physical Therapy

Been in PT since October recovering from my ankle surgery (Brostrom procedure). It’s been great, honestly, which is a weird thing to say about PT because 🙄 Paul got me back to skiing and pickleball before the 3.5 month mark, which was my goal, and has been helping me reclaim my previous agility, mobility, and strength. I definitely will come here in the future although I sincerely hope I don’t have to 🙏

I went to physical therapy here for just over a year following an ACL tear, and the entire staff was incredible! They were knowledgeable, friendly, positive, and supportive through the entire process and everyone had a great sense of humor! Pricing was reasonable through insurance and the atmosphere was great. Since I went there for such a long period of time, I got to work with every staff member including Jeff, Michael, Dave, and Paul. All were great to work with and always had a program specifically tailored to my injury and timeline for recovery. Sage made scheduling incredibly easy and was always upfront about any changes to my program. She was also incredibly helpful in working with my insurance which allowed me to continue attending until I was ready to play sports again! I absolutely recommend working with Synapse to anyone needing physical therapy. If they never see me again, it means they did an amazing job

My time at synapse was great. Jeff put together a personalized PT plan for me and would adjust if needed. All of the physical therapists were always willing to answer questions or concerns I had and were always welcoming everyday I was there. Highly recommend going here for PT!

The best place for PT in the north metro area whether for a minor issue or a significant injury. In August I had both knees replaced and the outstanding staff at Synapse had me walking without a walker or cane within weeks and have even helped me salvage my ski season ! In addition to to being a very competent staff they are also just genuinely great folks who always make you feel welcome.

Everyone here has all have helped me through countless injuries as well as everyday needs relating to work or school. Always look forward to coming in and know that everyone in here will help me feel better and get back to my best. I recommend synapse to everyone who needs a PT! Couldn’t imagine all my recoveries without everyone here.
