(January 11, 2019, 3:39 pm)First and foremost I've been banking with us bank for at least 10+ years this banks staff is awesome, with the exception OF THE BRANCH MANAGER CARLOS, he on the other hand need a real lesson in leading skills. His tellers can be slammed and he'll just sit there not busy and wont help???? I be leave the gentleman's name is Joe he maybe a banker now he would make a great manager for this bank. I always see him hop up and help no one asks him NOW THATS A LEADER! the staff her are super awesome.

I had an issue with one of their ATMs and Joe was able to solve the problem immediately and with the utmost professional concern. I would recommend this branch to any U.S. Bank customer as place where you will be treated with respect and due care.
