  I had such a a great experience here! I’ve always wanted eyelash extensions but they can be pricey (for the initial application being upwards of $100-200!!) but when I saw some sales going on for the lash lounge, I did my research (as they say you should) and figured I’d give it a try, and if I wasn’t a fan then it wouldn’t be such a financial loss. But I love them! Jade was my lash stylist, and she was so sweet and did such a great job! When I first arrived, the front desk staff was very welcoming and offered me water. And then jade brought me back, she asked what I was looking for in my lashes. I wasn’t sure what exactly my options were and she helped me decide on classic natural lashes. I was a little nervous that they’d look “fake” or over the top, but I was pleasantly surprised when jade was done that they looked so natural and beautiful!!! I am so happy with my lashes and my experience here. I’m definitely going back!!
  
  Update : today was my 2 week fill and I had an amazing second experience. My lashes from before still looked great, but I did have some normal shedding. Jade did an amazing job the first time, and was my stylist today and did an amazing job again. I still love my lashes and am so thankful to have found such an amazing stylist! Thank you Jade!!

  11/15- The owner called me and corrected the problem. I set a new appointment. Genevieve was great and did a great job on my lashes. She super friendly. I hope they keep up the good work. The lashes did fall put on one lid a couple of days later, but i went back and they corrected it. The 2nd girl to fix it was amazing. Great customer services. I think this will be my spot to get lashes...as long as they maintain their customer service.
  
  This place has a lot of work to do to gain and retain a customer base. I scheduled an appointment face to face at their location. They had no clients, it is a beautiful set up and the girl who scheduled me was friendly. However, several hour later they called and left a message stating they could not do that time we set, or would try if it was an inconvenient for me, they would make it work. It was an inconvenience for me so i did not call back and left my scheduled time. The morning of the appointment they called again and said i would have to come in at a later time, because the girl was ill. So i said another time an hour later than my orginal appointment. 1/2 hour later they called and said they could not do it on a voicemail. I was fed up and very disappointed and would not recommend this place, especially if you have plans and need them done for a special occasion.

  Wow! The customer service from the staff, the style and atmosphere, the intelligence of the staff - this is definitely the place to go if you're looking to have your lashes done well!! Let's not forget all of the amazing sales that they have going on right now too! WOW!!! Definitely highly recommend checking out the lash lounge at least once - multiple times especially!!
