(July 8, 2020, 9:25 pm)We have been coming here for over a month for our 2 year old daughter to help out with her autism. We have seen drastic improvements since we first arrived. Our daughter is now more affectionate and interact with us way more than she ever has. We were not expecting such a big change in a short amount of time. We have now enrolled ourselves into treatment for body aches and depression. Each visit has brought us more relief and we are very optimistic about the future. We couldn't recommend them enough!
(May 15, 2020, 10:03 am)I have worked with 5 Chiropractors over the years and learned that they all use different methods. Some were more effective than others but I never experienced the kind of gains that I have at Optimal Living. Dr.s Lynn and Sam use multiple modalities to address structural and neurological issues. They are passionate about providing the best care possible for their practice members. It's been my experience that it's very difficult to find Drs who understand and can effectively address disease, but I'm so glad I was referred to Optimal Living. If you are looking for help in regaining your health, you would do well to have a consultation with either Dr. Sam or Dr. Lynn and learn what they can do for you.
(May 13, 2020, 11:18 pm)Dr. Lynn and Sam are friendly, knowledgeable and personable professionals. They both have treated me during the last six months or so. They both use different techniques and methods to treat me to fit my needs for that particular visit. I would definitely recommend them as your neurology based chiropractors to assist you in your journey to better overall health.

She goes out of your way to not just improve issues, but to make sure you're living your best and as optimized physically and mentally as you can be.
