  I have been coming here for a few years with my 2000 4Runner and will not go anywhere else. Kate and Chad are honest and fair and always do the job right. Chad always uses OEM parts and gets the work done fast. They are both extremely knowledgeable and will tell you exactly what needs to be done. They are also great about giving me an estimate before hand so I can plan ahead when they are finished. I love this place and recommend them to everyone! It’s also great to support a small business and I think it is wonderful that Kate brings her two dogs to work with her!

  Chad and Kate are the best around. Super knowledgable on all of my questions and do a great job with any repairs or service I need. The two pups in the office are a nice welcome as well :)

  I've been having Adler maintain and repair my Toyota Yaris for about a year now. I drive my car for a living and put about 36,000 miles a year on it, so I want the best maintenance and repair people I can find to keep it running smoothly. Chad and Kate are the most honest, competent Toyota specialists I've ever found. They have been fair and 100% honest in their work since Day 1. Their rates are less expensive than the Toyota dealers too. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

  Absolute highest praises for Adler Auto Toyota Specialists! 5 stars doesn't even begin to express my satisfaction with them. They are fabulous in every way! I had an awesome experience with them, in what could have been a very bad situation somewhere else.
  To start, Chad and Kate are so very friendly, welcoming and warm. They're good, HONEST people who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. They are no BS straight-shooters and won't take advantage of you.
  Second, they know their stuff. Chad is an educated and very experienced technician with years of experience working in Toyota dealerships. He knows yotas front to back. After about 10 minutes of having my truck up on the lift he was able to give me a full triage report on everything that was even slightly wrong.
  Third, customer service was better than I could have imagined or have ever experienced (not just at a mechanic, but anywhere!). I had a weird situation, that was my fault, and they took really good care of me. I live in Summit County, and am an experienced home mechanic, so I couldn't easily bring my truck in to get diagnosed and I know enough of what I'm talking about to be dangerous. I thought the clutch on my truck was going out. So I called around several yota shops in the area about it. When I first called them Kate gave me a very friendly quote (that was lower than other shops I called) and I could tell she knew her stuff, so I made an appointment. When I actually brought the truck in, after the previously mentioned triage, Chad took me under the truck and showed me that my clutch was fine and it was actually the rear differential that was the issue. Unfortunately, a much more expensive problem. He was 100% completely honest with me, he showed me several small things that were wrong that he could have tried to sell me but didn't push me on because they weren't urgent or a safety concern. He did tell me that driving the truck in the current condition was a safety concern in his opinion. Kate took time to call around several different used part suppliers in town as well as Toyota so I could see what pricing options I had. In the end I decided to get a brand new diff from Toyota. Unfortunately that part was a week out. They were totally fine with my truck sitting at their shop for a week (and when I drove by the shop in my rental car that evening, I saw Chad had even put it inside the garage instead of leaving it out in the lot overnight). When I came to pick it up (two days earlier than expected) I talked to Kate about some of the maintenance that's within my capability that I plan to do on the truck and she cheerfully offered advice and tips and even offered that instead of buying poor quality aftermarket parts I could call her and she'd get the real stuff direct from Toyota for me.
  Last, price: The new part from Toyota was expensive ($2,000), nothing they can do about that, Toyota charges what they charge. They actually did find some used ones at a lower cost but we discussed it together and I decided that the new one was the way I wanted to go. But, the price they charged me for their services I felt was incredibly fair and reasonable. They'll work with your budget better than anyone I've seen.
  
  Conclusion: I've definitely found my auto shop! As long as I live near Denver and they continue to be open I will use Adler Auto exclusively for my truck and my wife's Subaru (Yes, they don't only work on Toyotas!). A thousand Thank Yous to Chad and Kate for their excellent work and genuine kindness! I'm sure they will help be keep my truck on the road for years to come.

  I recently had Chad and Kate Adler do some work on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma. I am writing this review because I had an outstanding experience and I want to urge you to consider Adler Automotive when your vehicle needs some mechanical attention. The customer service and workmanship were both top-notch. I feel that they genuinely had my best interest in mind when we communicated about solving the problems with my truck and I am convinced I will return next time I need a mechanic, in fact - I feel like I found my go-to mechanic for all my future needs. Check them out yourself, you won't be disappointed.
