My wife and I could not be any more grateful for the opportunity to work with Jay and the Feaster Realty team on an incredible new construction duplex in Denver. To sum it up, this team is first class, and I don’t think you could find a better group to work with. Our arrangement with Jay was exactly what we were looking for, as we got involved in the project early on and were able to influence our home with custom selections. Throughout the process, we interacted regularly with a phenomenal builder and construction manager, and some of their subcontractors, and things could not have gone smoother. I was shocked how quickly they could build a home and keep everything on track at a time when supply chains could not have been any more disrupted. The quality of the construction is very high and they do not miss a single detail or cut any corners. The floorpans are very functional, with tons of storage, large bedrooms, and great entertainment spaces. The kitchen is awesome, with a huge 13 ft island, top-notch appliances, tons of cabinet space, and a large pantry. On the exterior, their designs include wood fences, iron railings, stylish retaining walls, landscaping, sod, irrigation, synthetic decking, new sidewalks, and more - everything is top notch and you don’t always get this with many new construction homes. Friends and family have loved the place and we are looking forward to a lot of memories in the home.

Jay and the Team at Feaster Realty are friendly, professional, and really good at their jobs! Even in this tight real estate market, with Jay's call to the selling agent, we were able to secure an offer under asking price! We're not sure what kind of magic Jay performed, but we are thankful! :).

Also, during the Inspection Objection we asked the sellers to repair/reseal the chimney cap. The sellers did the absolute minimum to adhere to the letter of the agreement and did not fix the chimney completely. Jay took money out of his commission to do the job right. This experience demonstrates a level of honesty and integrity far beyond your typical Real Estate Agent and Team.
