  Definitely NOT any stars here. Cabins are very old and outdated. Nasty carpet. They also have septic issues so they DO NOT allow visitors. Ridiculous. The ladies that handled our group were VERY rude and could have handled our situation better as we would have been willing to pay more to accommodate our hopes for a quiet family dinner. The cabins also smell old. Will never recommend to any of my family or friends. They seriously need to work on being more respectful to their customers.

  Cute rustic cottages with full kitchens and bbqs and riverside decks.
  My daughter says its like the Friends TV show episode with the thin walls!
  We would stay there again!

  We have stayed at Loveland Heights Cottages three times and just booked our fourth visit. The cabins are cozy and clean. Where else can you sit on your deck and have the Big Thompson River RIGHT THERE! Right there beside you, running underneath your deck. The humming birds hover in front of you while you're sitting on that deck checking you out. You can stay in a motel any old time you cannot stay in a place like this any time because it is unique!

  What a welcome to Colorado! The cabin was rustic. It was perfect. Loved the big river out back and privacy to sit and enjoy it. TV was small but who cares, I was not there to sit and watch tv. Close enough to town to enjoy downtown Estes Park, the Stanley Hotel, and explore Rocky Mountain National Park. Can't wait to stay here again.
